Exchange Policy (Effective January 2019)
We have a 30 day exchange only policy. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. All item(s) must also be in the original packaging, with all tags attached.
We do not accept exchanges on:
food or drink related items
cosmetics (lotions, balms, bath items, skincare and the like)
These purchases are considered FINAL SALE
To return an online purchase that has been shipped: you must first send us an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org, explaining your reason for the return/requesting an exchange. Once approved, we will provide you with a return identification number which must be included on the shipping label.
If you wish to exchange your item for another size/style, please include the item you wish to exchange for in the e-mail. We will hold the item for you until we receive your returned items. You are responsible for all shipping costs.
Once your parcel is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. Once approved, we will ship out your new items ($15 standard shipping applies) or forward you a store credit that can be used at a later time.
Sale items: Any item purchased, marked as sale, is final. No exchange may be made.
If the item was not on sale before you made the purchase, yet is on sale at the time of exchange, you will given the sale amount towards an exchange or store credit.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
A trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance is recommended as we don’t guarantee that we will receive your parcel.
